Sunset over the ocean with a rainbow, Sea & Z Healing Foundation

Welcome to the Sea & Z Healing Foundation

A little foundation doing a lot of healing.

Grief is part of being human.
We grieve people we’ve lost — and so much more:
pets, marriages, health, homes, faith, the way life used to be.
Grief comes after graduating, moving, or retiring.
It comes from
natural disasters and wildfires that take everything in an afternoon.
It lives in first responders who carry what they witness.
Sometimes it’s sudden.
Sometimes it’s been quietly building for years.
Most of us were never taught what to do with any of it.

Healing toward joy is a journey.
We'll walk it with you.

Sea & Z offers free, ongoing peer grief support — a safe, welcoming space to move through loss at your own pace.
Everyone is welcome, no matter what kind of grief you’re carrying.
You don’t have to explain it or justify it.
You just have to show up.
Our meetings include meditation, gentle tools, and open sharing in a space where you won’t be rushed or fixed — just supported.
We’ve found that grief, when it’s met instead of avoided, can slowly make room for joy again.
